The entry to every home is a great opportunity to make a good first impression.  If you're mailbox is on the entry walkway or path coming up to the entrance the first thing you can do is make sure it  looks neat, clean, and freshly painted with lettering you can read, or replace your mailbox if needed.   A new coat of paint on the front door, is the second thing you can do.  Make sure  that is clean, and operates well easily.   The third task is to install new hardware on your entry door, it will make it stand out, and give the message that this is a home that people have cared for and maintained.  Buyers make many decisions based on how the house makes them feel, a clean entry absolutely makes a difference.
